If you want to farm more Fuel Resources, try Mission 12: HELLBOUND and make sure you have Wormhole Fulton equipped.
1) Start the mission.
2) Fulton the Fuel Resources in the starting point. You may also choose to Fulton the two guards in that cave as well as other materials containers. Useful to get S Rank recruits.
3) Grab the Intel file, and the game auto-saves a checkpoint.
4) Restart the Mission, and repeat as necessary.
