The 4k recording isn't gonna raise the price lol. It's all software, like Radeon Relive(which is free just as many other good ones that do up to 4k and even 60fps) and all those.

The scorpio is like a pro plus an og ps4 combined power-wise that's more than just a .5 phil did say that if they were to do an upgrade it'd be a big step not just a .5 after he said that that's when they announced scorpio at e3.
