But yeah, I agree there! I personally haven't played Alan Wake as I'm a PC and Nintendo gamer, but I REALLY want to. I've seen many videos of Alan Wake's gameplay, and I think the engine would have been perfect for Max Payne 3 :)
What's the deal with the multi-player by the way? I mean some single-player games would be great with multi-player, like Just Cause 2! But Max Payne? Hmm, it's go...
His face, his clothes, the environment, his weapons, the gameplay, it's all different. I'm a guy who doesn't get annoyed with chance, in fact I welcome it, but this... The only thing that's related to Max is the theme that's playing over the top from Max Payne 2.
I'm sure it'll be a pretty good game, just not a good Max Payne game. It hurts to play the first two Max Paynes knowing what the franchise has turned into.
