Geohot will win this "lawsuit" and even more people will end up hacking their PS3. I've hacked my Wii, PSP, and Jailbroken 2 iPods, and have never once used any form of piracy for games or apps. The point of running modified software is running homebrew applications and other things the console usually isn't meant to run.
