ABeastNamedTariq you do realise this game isn't a next gen game, it is ported to next gen but designed with the current gen in mind. Don't expect to get blown away graphic wise as it for that same reason it is destined to look weak compared to other next gen games.

I am going to break the fucking truth to everyone here, watch dogs looks like shit, even on the PS4 and Xbox One version of the game. On a PC running with a GTX 570 which is weaker than the chip found on either of the next generation consoles, the game looks like shit. I am not really impressed by Watch Dogs, I'm sorry but look at the link below, and this is a mod running on GTX 570 PC. I think Watch dog looks like garbage on both Xbox One and PS4. This is Ubisoft making the game look purposely bad so the next gen version could look 10x better. I think every developer that has a next gen version of a game will under-power the current gen version as much as it possibly to help the market jump into the next generation faster.
Alright you got me, I was told that the hard drive was used to run the OS but I just found out that my information is inaccurate.
Ubisoft will purposely make the PS3 and Xbox 360 version of the game far more inferior than it could. The company will purposely make games as weak as it possibly can on current gen consoles just to make the PS4, Xbox One, and PC look 10x better. I would say the same thing about every game coming out on current gen systems that will have a next gen brother. Companies do this so people could transition faster into the next generation.
Remember people the PS3 had the OS running from the Hard Drive, what's to say the PS4 can't do the same. Sony will make use of the hard drive and the cloud. Ryse can have 150,000 or even up to 1 million polygons per character.
