As it states in the article the offer is not for everyone you have to give your serial number to see if you qualify and since you get a 256md memory card with the new arcade you have plenty of room and most likely would not qualify for this offer unless I'm wrong and someone who recently purchased a new arcade system and was able to receive this deal for the refurbish...

I cant say how the game plays I don't have a PS3 yet and I do agree with you on the no name sites coming in first but I'm not trying to argue with anyone on this but what about how many websites were introduced on here with reviews on Too Human there were like sites no one ever heard of coming in with reviews on this game. I think you will start seeing reviews coming in especially if some site gives it a very bad review those will be approved faster than you can blink...
