If shareholders see more profit from a split then they will defiantly vote yes for it, some company's are worth more money in pieces than together because if your making money in 1 place and losing money in the others it means less profit and shareholder only care about making money.

You do know Cliffy B is the head developer for Gears 3 and M$ has ZERO say on how the game is made if Cliffy B say No its most likely a no beside it wouldn't work with Kinect I dont see how any type of game other than fighting games (Fight Night, Mortal Combat) exercise/dance games would even play well on Kinect.

So far the Reviews are Average at best most of the big sites are giving it scores between 6-8 out of 10 and most of the sites giving it great reviews are no name sites that no one hears about and are probably giving it a great score for hits and dont buy...
