The ugly
1. phil harrison confirmed that xbox one needs to connect to internet every 24 hours, so cannot play offline for more than 24 hours.
2. Xbox will not function without Kinect so its mandatory
3. No Backwards compatibility of XBLA and 360 titles
4. HDD not removable
5. Need to pay a fee for playing a used game
