i see your pts. its just mostly about feeling good about their purchase. i mean most of the fansboy usually only own 1 system. i dont see any reason for owners that have both 360/ps3 talk down about either systems.
what all this fuss?? its clearly ps3 is more powerful than 360!! ps3 came out 1yr later and costs more to build. just like Xbox vs ps2. yes, theres people are gunna say ps2 is more powerful than xbox. but clearly xbox is more powerful than ps2. so history repeat itself.

for some reason, i alway see intel w/nvidia and amd w/ati even b4 they have combined. i yet to try amd as in cpu, but i dont see it any time soon.

hell, my graphic cards alone costs more than 1 360. but i would rather be on pc 24/7 than on a console. you can get more out of the pc than consoles like music,movie,chat,web, and other app. i know consoles can do most of those things but it just different. pros of consoles would be more games and cons of pc is pricey but i would pick pc over consoles any day.
i m not a ps3 haters but pc will alway have better graphic over any consoles.

ram are cheap these days, there are a few games that would eat your ram's memory alive. i have 2gb of ram and i have to close a lot of programs to run games like supreme commander. and no 4gb of ram is not overkill for any OS if you are a power users especially if you are using vista and 64bit.

1 thing i dont like about vista is the ram usage. i have 2gb of ram and its barely enough when gaming.

if sony makes it more like a computer, well i think i will buy a pc instead. but i have to agree w/you on using computer's cpu. becuz its a lot easier for programmers while not sacrificing performance. imo cell is overrated in terms of using for gaming console. cell should be use for medical and science field.
ps4 will be using blu-ray again with better driver speed. cell again with more core maybe 16-32. 2gb or ram at the least. as for graphic card its too early to make a prediction. this might seems like ps3 2.0 but it will be the best for both sony and the gamers. it would be stupid for sony to creates something new again like the blu-ray. sony already won the disc format war which was why they were willing to lose money per ps3 unit.

its about time... im tired of all the greyish world. i know not all games were greyish but i would say at least 90%. its great and all at 1st but then i got overdosed.
does it lower the card's life? i dont think so. if you have good air flow in your case, then you'll be fine. if not the cards will build up temps and then overheat result in bsod. but its not as bad as i say, im only saying it could but not likely.
