You cant put a 1 GB patch on the xbox live, its simply not possible, theres 8 gb taken by microsof, so you have 13gb left.
This game seems to be shaping up to be a decent game for the PS3.

The Xbox came a year earlier and is barely able to keep up this days.
The only way the Xbox stays in this war in second place, is if they axe the 360 before the PS3 outsell them, and since the PS3 is going to beat the xbox 360 sooner than you expect, well see if this is true or not(A 4 year life cycle is utter crap).

It sucks but cd key wont work cos someone make the key generator, and good bye protection.
Everyone has a pc so its the easiest target.
Consoles are pirated too but you've got to pay for the machine, and consoles changes every 5 years or so(And the usual changes are the cd/dvd/blueray formats so it take a while for pirates to decrypt it, so its less widespread).

And let me tell you the PS3 has great 7 exclusive included the possible GOTY(LBP) to compete against 3 for the 360 (i'm counting banjo, but if you look at that game you can tell that R&C crush that game any day).
