the problem with Dead Rising 3 is that its using all kinds of assets from last gen, in doing so Capcom did save a ton of money in development resources, porting the game proved to be a good biz decision for them.
I cant help but laugh at the character design of the protagonist in DR3, he looks so cheesy, his eyes lol
And all of that without a power brick, manufacturing engineering at it's best
