I don't get the deal why there's so much hate for games, gamers, consoles, PCs and the like.

Wii're just ordinary people, Wii don't know which way to go.
Titles like these only invite flame wars. A better title would be "What the Wii U offers in Next Gen". This title is immediately courting conflict and constructive discussions.
I think it's a little bit unfair that "Pong" was the only "old" game in there. 4 of the games listed are somewhat modern. Where's the very first elder scrolls? FF1? Battle City?
Just my two cents.

Hideo Kojima is really something.
Since the first, i was always impressed of Kojima's historic, philosophical and socio-analytical know how of the west. I've never seen such a man who can really step up a notch and make a game feel like a deep hollywood movie.
Don't get me wrong, other japanese developers are really really skilled. But like what Keiji Inafune said, there's always a bias and arrogance of other developers by not accepting change...

Wii U is a wonderful platform. But this time, i think people never felt its presence. While ps and xbox were fighting for the top, wii u sort of laid back and had confidence in their "strategy" of not challenging it's competitors. It will pick up in the long run. Nintendo is more than alive with their 3DS sales.

Genuinely happy for the fans of this trilogy though.
I think it's baffling how people(fanboys) make such a big deal out of these and start a flame war. I have a vita right now. If i had the money, i'd buy the 3ds too since i want to play monster hunter and pokemon. Why compete when at the end of the day, TRUE gamers only want to have fun and rid themselves of stress or use these to calm themselves from problems. Competition is healthy. Hating isn't.

You might be right. That being said, why is there a need for you to pick on the underdog? The 3DS already proves to the world that it has more sales. Numbers are universal. But to pick and demean something that you (and the rest of the fanboys) have stated that isn't a threat to the 3ds? jeez.
Gone are the days when people didn't give a damn about what other people are playing. Back then, people played to have fun. It disappoints me that these "console wars"...
This is a game the vita needs. You could play this for 6 months and you still have a lot to do. Here's hoping for a release to the western market.
Lucky for you they always include sort of an "introductory video" of what happened in previous installments.
The US is the biggest risk for sony. They want to test the waters first before committing to a risky market.

I admit that there's credit in what you say. But let's try to be in Sony's shoes for a sec.
Knowing how things are, i'm sure the we'd have sent letters to a lot of companies (SE, Capcom, Namco Bandai etc.) making deals about bringing games on the system. Because since that's our product, we would want it so succeed. Sales = Money
But now we got to the game company's perspective. Is the company willing to RISK huge amounts of money ...
