You have to understand Kratos is new to Norse and why would you expect him to straight way fight some big boss for no reasons
In this game we learnt how he did gain attention and he did certainly pissed of the Norse Gods so next part do expect epic boss fights In this game the lore and story was set to give you an idea what to expect in future
God of war 4 is what god of war 1 was for the original trilogy. It is setting the lore and the story and giving you a taste on what to expect in the future games. So lack of bosses didn’t bother me as much. Next game you will be starting ragnarok and probably deal with Thor and freya(since you killed their children lol) Also he may tell Atreus that he killed his wife and daughter.

Ryse was one of the worst game imo. QTEs, Block Attack. Same stupid movement. 5 hours of Boredom. No wonder it was a flop and didnt sell well.. I doubt we will ever see Ryse 2. If it happens It may go multiplatform so that the devs could earn something from the PS community..

If you talking about Brand new IP that wont happen cause each and every 1st party and 2nd party devs have already released games for the PS4 so their next games will be for the PS5

Thats the beauty of any games... Taking time and revealing the plot, the story shouldn't be rushed. It should take time and add surprises like GOW did.. I would say GOW nailed it and its still the best game i ever played. Lets see if RDR 2, LOU 2 can match it or top it.
Order 1886 has huge potential. And it was not a horrible game.. I hope the game gets another chance..
