So Publishing and Trademark has diff meaning.. Destiny was published by Activision. Sony even Published All QD's game..

PS5 already will have PS4 games as BC so automatically I am assuming all games will be playable on the PS5 and games like LOU2, DS, GOT and spiderman GOW will get a additional patch for PS5 which will make the games look better...

Well yes like buying a Xbox exclusives on xbox will allow you to play the game on PC as well so i assume it will be the same for game pass

The game will re release on the PS5 as well and look much better but its coming on the PS4

Even Ghost of tsushima is a PS4 game and will re release on the PS5

So if DS is in Nov then LOU 2 NEXT YEAR??? I so want LOU 2 to be this year
