Sony doesn't releases games around oct nov becoz there are heavy third party games which is marketed by Sony. Sony plays a smart move by releasing 1st party games on those months where the third party games doesn't make much of an impact. If you have noticed Sony targets feb to aug mostly for their first party games this gen and focuses mostly on third party from sep to nov... But its gonna be interesting to see what Sony does next year fall 2017 when Scorpio releases??
