I heard Alien Isolation made ppl piss themselves in VR. That alone made me interested in it and Sony investing in it tells me they liked what they saw.
DirectX may enhance the X1 but it won't be some magic sauce that suddenly makes the console godly.
They all need to drop this whole exclusive dlc crap.
The best of luck to MS just so competition exists in which the real victors will be the gamers.
Crytek will probably be acquired by Ubi or EA.
Sony screwed up big time. I mean PS Now isn't coming to PS2? This is so wrong, beyond anything I've ever felt in my entire gaming life. I'm done....that was sarcasm btw, a whole lot more entertaining than this troll job of an article.
Fallout 4, Deus Ex: Universe and the rumored Splinter Cell. Hopefully Gamescom, TGS or VGX.
Games I'd love to see come back:
Syphon Filter-love that game
Heavenly Sword-really stood out last gen
Siren-enjoyed previous entries so why not.
Socom-who, on PS, didn't play this gem?
I'm all for Day One patches but the size alone is alarming.
Yeah I can see that. Regardless of how much I feel about a particular game, company or dev team, I'd never wish such a thing. The shape this industry is in and the content, we could use more innovation and less recycling of old games like the influx of HD Remakes or Collections. I don't mind a few but something tells me we're about to see this as a means of common practice.
Both consoles are in the same boat this year. We can all agree that 2015 will be the year where we'll truly see who comes out on top in regards to their catalog of games, exclusives. I have to disagree completely with whoever said indies weren't games. What else are they if not games? Everyone starts from the ground up in that regard.
Sony already working on enhancing the interface for the PS4 so I am happy. MP3 playback will probably happen given that it's in high demand amongst the owners. I hope they will start updating on a regular basis as opposed to last Gen when it would be a while between each firmware update.
It would be a great move on their part. They would prevent ppl from losing their jobs and they can look further into the potential of the engine. With the right minds, the CryEngine can finally thrive along with those who are accustomed into using it. Capcom would be a huge acquisition too, imagine if they were able to secure Street Fighter as an exclusive. Idk if that's possible but it would certainly shift the fan base towards MS.
I won't be buying the collection but I do understand why they're releasing it. A) Newcomers can catchup on the series before Guardians and B) It's a filler until they can get something new out for their console. Plus whatever makes the most money is always gonna be pushed.
What a troll with this article. I hate certain devs and pubs but I would never wish such a thing. So many ppl would lose their jobs.
I've heard some mixed reviews coming from my friends during the Alpha. A lot of them are big time halo guys and huge supporterse for Bungie but they weren't completely enthusiastic about it. I'll base my decision once the beta arrives. I do like the premise and the story so far.
Hopefully America gets this bundle. It will sell really well and I can finally get one at a great price.
Another great move by Sony. My best guess is they understand ppl complaining against paying full retail for a game that released last year. Another thing I like is they didn't make any announcement regarding the cut. Makes it less of a pr stunt but more of a conscientious decision in favor of the gamers.
I could finally get a PS4 with this prize ;)
If Phil Spencer is saying it, I'll take his word. Nothing against ND but I know ppl will not hear it coming from the competition.
