I hope so. If it's any later it might mean a bit of a wait for the 3DS. I don't see any feasible business strategy releasing a new DS game at the same time as a new console.
I don't understand why some of you are so angry. They're obviously trying to make the best game they can so it lasts the next 5'ish years to the next GT. They've realised that in the next 5 years ALOT of gamers will pick up 3DTVs and Move so they're just doing it now to save updates later.
No offense here, but what on earth are they on about? There was absolutely nothing conventionally 'Japanese' about the game; it could've been 100% western for all I knew.
The game was universally acclaimed and amazing even if it was 'Japanese' or not. Don't go changing what's not broken.
Spies vs. Mercs was certainly the one thing that spelt out replayability for the series. I really don't see any replayability value in Conviction...as far as I'm planning I'm just going to go through solo and co-op once.
The really sad thing is that there are only FOUR zones to episode one....and this is ONE of them. I wouldn't have minded so much if the whole of episode one was a good 7/8 zones.
