According to my local Gamestop...they sold 42 units and 3 turned out to be defective. This is a serious percentage and frankly unacceptable.
Edit - And by the way, Nintendo is willing to fix the units (not send new one's), but the consumer is forced to pay for the shipping...wow!

I knew they were closer than people were giving them credit for...it's funny because Square Enix is trying to get better at not building hype too early because people complain, but then they are silent on a game and people complain.
