Yeah, I'm not sure how to fix it but how not to fix it is how EA and Ubisoft are doing. Requiring a constant internet connection is a terrible method of DRM. That single-handedly made me not want to buy C&C4.
I still really love achievements, I could see liking trophies but I already had a big gamerscore by the time trophies came out so there was no switching for me.

I am lucky enough to have enough free time to finish every game I buy. Also since I don't have a job $60 is a lot of money for me to spend, and I make sure I get my money's worth out of every game I buy.

@Ziriux, please, Halo 3 is one of the most well-balanced shooters out there. I was playing some last night and for the past few weeks and the multiplayer still holds up perfectly. And it actually works and isn't riddled with horrible glitches and bugs (hello, MW2). Taking a little longer to load is not a big deal at all.
