thats always been my main problem with Playstation i waited for years for resident evil 2 & 3 to come to europe by the time they did i was a PC gamer and didnt care anymore.
I would recommend getting a PC if you really enjoy games the experience is leaps and bounds above consoles not to mention PC exclusives are unique like Giant RTS games like Total War even FPS game like battlefield are just meant to be played on PC. well worth the investment.
after my 3rd Xbox died I googled how to build a PC bought the parts and was blown away. My PC is my Pride and joy Ive upgraded it all inside of 2 years and built a second PC out of the spare parts now me...

well they haven't really changed much else since mw1 so id expect improvement in graphics at least. good for a console i guess, on PC Black ops was buggy as hell. Graphics or frames per second dont make great games gameplay does Call of Duty is and always has been good but thats the problem they wont change it because it sells. Call of Duty got boring after MW1 for me so im not bothering with this new one
still cannot believe Microsoft get away with charging for LIVE. i paid for 3 years back in launch days but i wouldnt do it now. you could have an extra game or two a year or PS plus membership though i see that as equally bs. £40 a year isnt much but its kinda cheeky on the part of the companies. Bethesda do make buggy games but they are some of the most ambitious games too.

Technically accurate MOST PCs in the world are NOT more powerful than PS3. can't fault that logic. Most PC gamers however do have a PC more powerful... go figure
Traditionally American brands dont deviate too far from the norm as not to scare their (Generally) Idiotic consumer base Xbox 720 is a sure bet. just about everything that targets american consumers is dumbed down to satisfy the lowest common denominator. dont expect too much from M$ except of course inferior hardware and multiple breakdowns :))

IF they even make one :P it will be the top spec console as sony always tries to put the best hardware out there. hopefully its markedly better than new xbox just to stop any arguments off the bat.

all those people saying PS3 was so expensive at launch have you forgotten you had to spend £140 on a wireless adapter and harddrive if you bought the basic Xbox 360 console back, back in the day??? Hmmmmm???? not to mention the inferior components and countless breakdowns and returns plus paying a subscription to enjoy the "privilege" of playing games online while the rest of the world enjoys that for Free!!

Life is water not stone things change and things die. Capcom set the standard with RE in the late 90s i thank them for that but we cannot expect them to maintain that for 20 years. The same is true with Square-Enix the big dogs of our youth (if you were born before the 90s) are old and NOT the same devs they were, though they ride under the same banner
Good games don't need new hardware. Next gen consoles are way beyond top spec pcs atm don't expect them anytime soon... silly, silly wabbit. :)
