VG have a historical tendency to underestimate PS numbers and over estimate MS numbers.
So when they say, PS4 outsells PS3, you can be pretty sure that's the actual truth. In fact, you can be pretty sure that happened probaby a month earlier than when they say.
But when they say Xbox has sold 40 mil, there's a good chance it's actually below 40 mil.
