Not a chance,following the news about how much time and money it took LA Noire to finish with this new tech;I'm very skeptical about R* using it any time soon.Beside that it serves no purpose in GTA as it was only made for LA Noire's style of missions.

Following the trailer,i'd say they're probably 60-80% complete.
Which is pretty crazy on Rockstar's part since we have not seen any footage leak about the game or something big showing that the game was actually in development,only some minor names and voice casts.
Sony should learn from Rockstar,as Sony's products always get leaked :p ,which I think actually takes from the amount of suspension following the reveal.
I played the demo yesterday....one word,HORRIBLE
The controls are very weird,they make the cars feel like they're floating on the ground.Cutscenes,I say it again and again that this is a RACING GAME,I don't care about a story if the gameplay mechanics are good(which are not,in this case).It as if EA takes everything that made the last game good (Hot pursuit) and ruin it.
Im not sure,PC gamers have been spoilt with games requiring high settings to the point that they want to buy a something that justifies the high-end computer they have

I love Naughty dog,they make great games but thankfully I'm not deluded,where this is going is unacceptable.When I pay full price i expect to see the whole package without one bit cut from the disc...Capcom may have started it but with developers as of late endorsing it makes them guilty too.

I agree about the wrong use of the scales of late,especially since a lot of games seem to be getting full marks easily.But still,I believe Eurogamer underrates some games.There has to be some even-ness.

My favorite racing game is Hot Pursuit 2 on the PS2,and guess what? It DOESN'T have ONE bit of story.Why is that? Because it's actually a great RACING game that's all about RACING
