I doubt that since they'll be using the same old game engine that's around 11 years old. Bugsthesda has a long history of buggy games. No man sky was only developed by a small indie team whereas Starfield is developed by a AAA studio and it still looks underwhelming. I don't know why you mention Sony in your comment though 🤔.
