This site confuses the hell out of me, how is this "mind blowing" footage in any way? And how do the majority of people on here agree with that? It looks great, all UC3 footage looks great, but maybe Im missing something because it definitely doesn't look as mind-blowing as everyone suggests. Is N4G just a hype machine or something? The only game that's blown my mind graphically lately has been BF3 PC, and maybe Rage. I don't know maybe if the graphics werent hyped up so...

There comes a point where it's not down to opinion though. Like the fact that Uncharted 2 looks better than Alan wake, killzone 2 looks better than halo reach. You may like the art style better of the other two games but at the end of the day you can clearly tell which is graphically superior for another example goldeneye vs killzone absolutely no one can say an n64 game has better graphics than killzone does on ps3. This clearly has better graphics than uncharted 2 (if it looks like that...

Uh are you talking about the 2009 trailer, because that I agree with. But the e3 2010 gameplay footage definitely looks like this.

IMO at least, the Graphics are still the best around in my opinion (i'd say GOWIII is about tied with it). But I personally wish there was more of a "fun" aspect to it. It played a lot like a high budget sci-fi film, which was awesome, but it woulda been cool if there were vehicles and stuff that you could pick up on the playing field a la halo. Yeah, I'm a big halo fan, so most of you probably are gonna disagree with me, but I really did enjoy the game quite a bit, I just wish it ...

I see "fanboys" from both sides getting in arguments that are the exact same as last gen but with the sides switched. God how I hate brand loyalty, at the end of the day sony and microsoft are basically the same thing. They've screwed up in the same ways at different points. Play games, forget about who the hell made the machine you play em on, in the end that's not what matters.
No I agree with that, while I don't think it looks as bad as some claim- halo 3/odst do not look anywhere near as good as KZ2. Personally even when halo 2 came out I was disappointed by the graphics (pop-in was unbearable). Halo 1 was the best by far, halo 3 is a close second gameplay wise. Halo 2 third and I didn't like odst so I guess it's fourth.
But it completely baffles me how some think it's this "great" fps. I beat the game, it was nice but just felt very restrictive I'd say a little better than codmw 1's campaign. The graphics were awesome but after playing it on and on it just ends up not mattering anymore. I popped in
halo 3 about an hour after finishing and it

never get the suspension of disbelief you do in a movie-plus acting isn't near the level of films yet.

Gamespot is ridiculous, I haven't played this one yet but from everything I hear it sounds amazing the first two were underrated IMO, had way more fun with resistance 2 than killzone 2. Only thing I missed was the vehicles from the first.
