Lucy, as well as all of the other assassins are missing their ring finger on their dominant hand because that is where the hidden blade comes out.She is definitely an assassin and if anyone missed it an email comes at the end and there is a code which, when deciphered, says "We'll be there soon"... just thought that was an interesting point... thanks for you time!!! :)
