This could be problem on many fronts. Some ISP's allow a limited number of downloads before they start restricting your speed aswell as more money spent on HDD'S if it is predominantly downloaded to consoles. They would have to get the majority of gamers on streaming services like Bt's OnLive to be commercially feasible.
