It's always been that way because resident evil and PlayStation have a history. Even resident evil and Nintendo have history. But Xbox? Not really. Maybe exclusive dlc for that crappy brainless crappy third person COD like operation raccoon city shooter that released in 2012 that was obviously targeting Xbox like... "Clientele".
Microsoft has never been able to properly push into the Japanese market. Every Xbox system and major game they've released there failed. Nintendo and Sony have a hold there and always will.
These buyouts hurt everyone except the one who buys the company.
Then the games become exclusive to one platform and that hurts the customers/fans. That isn't right.

Outer worlds was way better, and it was multiplatform and it was by a smaller studio. Sadly, Microsoft seems to have gobbled them up too.
The thing about crash and Spyro is that Microsoft doesn't seem to make platformers anymore. Crash and Spyro will likely sit dead ips once that deal finishes.

Sony should obtain some major publishers to punish Xbox players like Microsoft basically did. Would be hilarious if sony acquired Rockstar Games and made GTA PlayStation only. That would really get at Xbox players.

Because a lot of people don't like being glued to their couch and tethered to a giant TV screen. That was my main draw to the Nintendo switch and steam deck. And years before that the psp and vita.
Because Xbox is trash.
