That is absolutely stupid. Used game allow people to take risks with franchises due to the cheaper price which may lead on to te purchase of DLC or future titles from the developer; in the long term this is much more affective than your small-minded perspective upon the industry.

It's all the children's parents who jumped when their child saw 'Xbox' on something other than the 360. They probably don't know how bad/restrictive it is. Moreover, this is Blockbuster. They'll have no more than 10 come launch.
You can't even compare them. GTA V is light years ahead of SR:4. Hell, SR:IV doesn't even deserve Roman numerals.
I still have a huge backlog of PS3 games to storm through which is only due to get larger with GTA:V, The Last Of Us: Joel Edition, Gran Turismo 6, Battlefield 4, Dark Souls 2 and more. Because of this I'll wait a couple of years to pick up a PS4 otherwise I'd be wasting money as my backlog of PS3 games would be pushed to the side.
Nintendo and Sony both have decisions which outdo limitations put in place with the ONE.

They honestly couldn't have done any worse! Furthermore, they've moved all eyes onto Sony as they revealed too many *****y features whereas Sony still have the console to reveal.
Since it's "all in one" (no it isn't), if Microsoft's track record is anything to go by then an awful lot of these things are going to fail or get the bONEr's RROD counterpart. This is because people will have it on all day.
Resident Evil 2 on the Ps Vita works like a charm.
