i think the reason they made full damage on level 40 was because of the car companys,they would have implemented their superb damage system from the start but the car companies didnt want it,so what they did was place the damage on level 40 which means the driver has enough experience to not even get a scratch on the car and the car companys agreed to this idea

other crazy way to play
really i think mw2 was funner except for the community who use
the exploits to their advantage,black ops is just balanced and
not much new stuff.

im just mad about the lag and hit detection,other than that
its a great game,but i wouldnt worry about it,treyarch are working
