I had never seen a Star Trek movie/show ever, and I am a fan of Sci Fi as well, but I bought the movie on Blu-Ray and really enjoyed it.
"Republic Commando had some good 'moments' but it was far less a Star Wars game than Jedi Knight and thus part of the downhill. It was also last gen. With the most capable hardware ever they should be producing better games, not bargain bin trash. The Sith Edition is a sham and just another attempt to milk the Star Wars cash cow.

Kotor 1 and 2 are some of the best games ever created and the Battlefront series is top notch.

It's a direct sequel to Tools of Destruction, therefore it is part of the Future series.
