ps3 was actually sold out in many eu territories for the last 2 months. I dont know why SONY didnt ship a lot of ps3s there
It could be that they want to get out the 60 gig which uses 65nm RSX and costs less to produce
I get an uncanny feeling that ps3 will outsell EVEN the wii this Fall in europe

The first resistance sold 4million even to a much smaller base. You can easily guess the sales of the second one which is more hyped and is bigger, better and more badass

Sometimes you might find a catalogue like Argos which isn't included, sometimes there's a huge catalogue deal and you won't see it in Chart-Track. Or as happened in Australia recently, we sold in 70,000 PS3s with Bravia TVs on a Sony deal, but GfK don't pick that up. But all of those sold through, so you see it come down....
No x360 game charts anywhere in europe except UK

UK is the only PAL territory where x360 is putting up a fight

Your x360 will never have anything that can rival Uncharted so no need to even mention the likes of Heavy Rain, Killzone 2,GOW3 and others
Heavy Rain is the best looking game out there along with KZ2 and Crysis --2/3 of those games being ps3 exclusives

Xdr runs at 3.2ghz , has 4x speed, efficiency and lower latency as Gddr3
There is something called CACHE mapping and PS3 has 2.3m of l1+l2 cache
There is something called Direct data streaming and Blu ray makes that possible on PS3
the faster XDR makes way for very frequent and fast DIRECT and INDIRECT cache mapping
This is why some games on ps3 looks so good and run at 1080p, 60 fps
XDR works in harmony with CELL which has a super high bandwidth and hence this is why it was chosen for PS3
The PS3 can do with just 256mb XDR which is almost like 1gig GDDR 3
However RSX has full access to 256mb XDR and 256mb GDDR3
How come that guy approves his crap at N4G. he has 0 technical knowledge. He knows nothing about PC/PS3/X360
as you can see in the video the XDR RAM alone is enough for all PS3 games

The CELL is still the most powerful processor out there. However RSX is outdated just like Xenos
BUT the CELL can carry out graphical tasks just as good as many High end GPUS--example Killzone 2/Heavy Rain

PS3 owners are pumped up for Just Resistance 2 as FPS for this year and u know very well how FPSes sell in US and Europe
I project a minimum sales of 6m for Resistance 2 this year. It could well be more since Resistance 2 will outshine Resistance 1 in sales as well as REVIEWS and quality
