It's nice to hear so many kind words about my writings. :-)
... I wrote the article and send it to them myself. They posted this with my permission.
Although Uncharted 2 is the overall winner, as it is in almost every GOTY competition this year, Assassin's Creed II comes very close!
Business-wise, that would be a good solution.
Alright, these are some nifty features and I would definately pay for some of them. But come on Sony, paying for Cross-game voicechat would be plain stupid.
See, what makes this feature useful, is that you’re able to voicechat with anyone, regardless of what they’re doing. If this would be a premium feature, you would only be able to voicechat with other Premium users… and considering that playing online will remain free, not everyone is going to pay for a premium account. And wh...
I really don't know if I liked MGS4 more than Uncharted 2. I'll have to replay the game, again.
What I do know, however, is that the controls in MGS4 weren't all that great. The cover-system was much better in MGS2, to be honest. I didn't like it at all in MGS4. I would've liked the controls to be more like Uncharted's. That cover system is great and the stealth-mechanic is very straightforward.
A next MGS, if there'll ever be one, should use that system and improve...
Well, to me it doesn't look like a widescreen television, to be honest. Maybe it's the angle?
Either way, why don't you try to position the camera directly in front of the tv when you're reviewing your games?
Also, do you edit the vids yourself? If so, then you should really use a Deinterlace-filter on your videos. Or buy an HD-camera.
If you need help with that, let me know.
Come on!
Seriously? A 4:3 TV? Really?
Wow...
This is not true.
It only used the PSN messaging service to send invitations to a friend. You had to be in the game and go to a specific menu-item to accept the invitation.
Now, you can accept invitations at ANY GIVEN TIME, which will then take you straight into the lobby/match of your friend, regardless of what game you're playing.
In Modern Warfare 2, you can also join a friend in his lobby or match through the XMB's Friendlist!
You'd have to be in MW2 to do so, but it's great!
Next step: Allow us to join a Friend through XMB, if there's room in his lobby/match of course, regardless of what game we're in.
I want to believe it, but I can't.
Thanks for linking to my wallpapers! :)
