Biggest mistake is allowing themselves to lie openly over and over.. this is enough to discredit a brand no matter how powerful it is, as soon as consumers realize it.
X1 as media center was a disaster yes but only due to DRM. Things have changed to the better, Kinect dropped and games announced. Problem is, they just did it in such an amateur way by just trying to copy PlayStation.

Knack was great ! Had a blast with the first one. Haven’t tried the second one though due to backlog
The Fight: Lights Out was also a game i enjoyed very much and highly detailed with great motion control when you understand how they work, which is what pushed people away from this game..
