Oh come on the PS3 graphics look fricken fine. Much better then most games out there.
I've seen tons of EVERY kind of gamer that only care about graphics.
@FatOldMan
My point exactly, at one point graphics is everything, then all of a sudden they claim to not care about them. There are at least 2 front page stories regarding graphics every day on this website.
There's really no need for that man. I don't even own a 360, but everything you said was sort of immature.
Well actually they are releasing a few new things with the xbox version that wont come out for the pc version until the xbox one is released. I emailed CD Projekts community manager about it and he replied that there will indeed be extra content on the 360 version but then said "PC games should not worry about this. They will also get the extra content."
Now I need to beat the game when 2.0 comes out, then another time when the xbox version is released so I can experience all the extra content then too.
CDP just keep giving.
Also I see that they finally fixed the aspect ratio problem that came with the game. +1 for that.
It seems like they fixed the outside lighting since the alpha. Everything was either too damn bright or too damn dark in the shadows so you couldnt see a damn thing.
There are basically just as many demos on console as there are on pc, silly.
They both need more.
Alpha testers don't get early access, but it will be open to everyone on the 29th.
@qwertyz
Dude I have no clue who you are talking to, please leave the name of the person you are addressing next time.
And if you are calling me an "ignorant consolite" then you have clearly never read a post of mine before.
One of the older Diablo games was on console, why wouldn't this one be?
Damnit, now I have to upgrade my sound system as well as my PC?
This is bullsh*t.
Umm from what I've read in interviews they started immediately after number 1 with the story and the new engine.
But they worked on it for about 3 years.
Yea, it would be awesome to have the game on all platforms, but as long as no sacrifices are made in order to do it.
But CDP have stated before that they will stick to the formula of working on one platform at a time so they can get the most out of each, and no platform will feel like a compromised port.
Well that's because it was a pc built in 2006. Unless it was absolutely top of the line back then it wont do much in today's games. The reason console hardware can still be relevant today is because it is so much easier to optimize for it.
But a budget computer built today or within the last couple of years is indeed much more powerful then what a console is currently holding in it.
And a pc from 2006 isn't what MOST people are using to play games...
My PC games have no disks......
Yes, both versions will be identical in content.
They claimed there will be no gimping of either version.
Nope, he just has common sense.
Which seems to be very rare around here.
Actually I'm pretty sure the average gaming pc is still much better than a console.
Sure not every body will be able to play on the absolutely highest settings, but it will still look better then what a console can play it at.
Don't be jelly man.
How is that a shame?
Did you really think they were all gonna look the same?
