Day one for newborns.
They're playing it safe. They don't know how a game like this will sell.
At least they're going green.
Pretty sure RE4 and 5 did this as well. Usually happens later on in the story.
I'd rather not have a new Mother/Earthbound as the series is perfect as it is. Having it re-released on the 3DS though, that's something I'd like to see.
Despite whether anyone will like the game when it comes out, that was a pretty good trailer, but it mentioned a lot of things I think people would have wanted to learn by playing the game...

Snap, I had this game on SNES.
Good times.

Call of Dooty.
They've already mentioned it's not.
They'll be supporting DX11 and tessellation.
It really is beautiful. I wish someone would make a nice 1920 x 1080 wallpaper for my desktop.
Just lovely.
I watched the Thing the other day. Great movie.
Resident Evil should take inspiration from that movie. :P
C'mon Gabe, April Fools day just passed...
A lots of variation in the weapons, a few of them shown here looked really unique!!
How about that enemy from Chrono Trigger who was afraid of heights? Wasn't he a boss of some sort at one point in the game?
Also titled, "The things I say to be unique".
Platinum GOLD.
By parent company, I take it you mean Take2? lol
This article is a great read. Brian Fargo really explains the problem with publishers nowadays relative to the earlier days of games.
