Theres absolutely NO contest, GW2 will obliterate EVERY MMO out there. Maybe not in numbers (though there will be MILLIONS of players), but with sheer innovation, support and a billion other awesome reason. After playing the original for 6 years I have the upmost respect for ANET.

Trophies, but honestly both are killing gaming in a small way. I know people who wont even touch old games like MGS5 and anything last gen because theres no e-peen raisers. One of my friends said that they wouldnt play any old Final Fantasys or Halos because of the lack of Trophies/Achievements. I back handed him.
