If sony did the bundle i think it would be at $600, selling the vita at $100 doesnt seem realistic. Its not like sony hasnt launched at $600 before but this time around, imo, it will warrant the price tag considering the price ms is coming in..

IMO the game didn't need a new location... I think the game leans more towards a run and gun while the first bio shock was more of a think and trap/kill with a plasmids. If the game would have done more with movement and cover, think tlou, with more strategic type of battles the game would be amazing..
