If the PS3 didn't have blu ray, then they would have been using DVD9. that was sort of a foolish statement. Without blu ray, the PS3 would have undoubtedly used DVD9 and therefore they would have been able to release earlier (a cheap tactic used by MS), and the systems would've been at the 360 price point or lower every step of the way. Blu Ray may be helping PS3 sales now, but you could also argue that Blu Ray hindered the PS3 tremendously. I, however, am very glad I have a machine that plays amazing games and extremely high quality movies.
Didn't we just have those articles about the PS3 being Blu Ray's trojan horse? Oh well, I just found Batman Begins today at Blockbuster on Blu Ray and it's not due out until next Tuesday. They even had the limited edition. I guess I'm definitely part of that 87%:P

will the US store have Elefunk today? I was sort of thinking that we may get PixelJunk Eden today since Eric Lempel mentioned it so much before 2.4 came out, and he already had trophies for it. I hope all of these new titles have built in trophy support already.
makes absolutely no sense. The game itself has trophy support, so why wouldn't they pull the whole thing? I was playing SSHD all night last night and I'm almost done with the trophies for it. I must admit, the trophies are really going to keep me playing games, but now I feel like I'm getting way more value from them.
