HD-DVD is Toshiba's format, they own it and they license it. You fanbois think MS invented and owned it LMAO. MS only went with HD-DVD to take the pizz out of the Blu-ray group. MS never planned on %100 supporting HD-DVD or you are right, they would of included it.
Funny, DVD still owns the market share some 5 years later and we are getting ready for next-gen.. Nope, 360 did/does not need it.
Good. I don't need or want Blu-ray on the Xbox 360 and I don't see an overwhelming chorus of people who actually own the console asking for it. It hasn't done really anything for gaming.. DLC is still sold outside the disc and the thing is left empty most but not all of the time. Dev's aren't packing every Blu-ray full of content.
It would end up being an add-on or a new console and this far in the game it's better just to wait until you are launc...

Sony is the one with all these entities. I can go to Japan and Microsoft is Microsoft not Microsoft Japan, Microsoft America, etc. Makes for confusion when dealing with Sony entities and looks like it might hurt them here.

I would also like to see the PS3 have a gamer profile like the 360. For example, I like to have my Y-Axis inverted and on the 360 there is a universal setting for that option so every game I play it sets it like that. While on the PS3 I have to set it every time for every new game I play(only once).

Agreed with your statement but it does feel like MS has shifted focus away from the games and audience that made it successful. I believe MS has a bit too much confidence in their core to just go along with whatever.
Much of the reason I do not plan on purchasing a future MS console and have all but stopped spending my money with them. They just don't make it to the finish line with their products without pulling a major "WTF" to their customer's.
