News appeared on the front page, interested me because I don't agree with what is being said on article. Decided to share my point of view.
Is that not the purpose of these comment sections? To share your views? I did not say a single bad thing about the Vita, only how Sony is handing it, poorly.
It I'd simply my opinion that when you make a powerful device, it should be marketed as such and not touted as the perfect companion to another device.
Hardware doesn't matter much when you're trying to sell it as an add-on. Not sure why Vita owners are more excited about remote play than they are about vita exclusive games.
To say another, is to imply it is an addition to the existing number of ps4 exclusives, it isn't though. It is an exclusive yes, but at 2 months after its initial reveal, it is hardly a new addition and thus my confusion at allformats' commet.

I don't play games on tablet or mobile, my argument isn't that you should buy into mobile games. I'm simply stating that those who thought handhelds would be immune to the mobile market were dead wrong and this news is their serving of crow and humble pie..

No, no they can't. Not a successful player anyway. A $200 remote for your $400 console is not being a player in the handheld game.

Developers, also the naysayers who claimed Vita and 3DS would be unchallenged by what was then (2 years ago) the rising trend of mobile games should look to this as a serving of crow.
It's funny, industry analysts warned that this would happen but as usually the people of the inter webs sided with their beloved gaming devices and proverbially stuck their heads in the sand.
