You can get 1600p monitors for PC (2560 x 1600) but they are expensive.
Sometimes they do, I have a friend who plays crap games he does not even like just for acheivements!

I think the number of snipers should be limited, it ruins the game when you have 20+ snipers on your team.

COD sells in amazing numbers but to say it pushes hardware to the limit is crazy. If that were true we must have maxed out pc, 360 & ps3 in 2006.
You should try hardcore mode, it only takes a couple of rounds to kill someone.
Rebel Assault was amazing in its day, I remember playing it on my 386!
My favourite Star Wars game was Rogue Spuadron on Gamecube, thats what actaully made me buy a gamecube.
Shadows of the empire was cool too.
