I worked at GameStop for about a year & I didn't give a shit about return policy I would give my customers their full refund since their "NEW" games are never sold in sealed cases.
What's pathetic about GameStop's return policy is that even buying a game new & returning the same day they will often only give you trade credit because they sell open games as new. I prefer using eBay to purchase games, 2 months ago I got $1,000.00 in new games for $570.00 & I just ordered a new Elite Controller for $100.00.
