Phil is holding the cards close to his chest right now. MS wants to put out a better performing console but I think their playing the waiting game with this one. Waiting to see what Sony puts out and then announce another console with better specs. This gen both are close to another. Your gonna see a big difference between the two on the next ones.

Rumor is the summer patch will make the X1 a windows machine more like a living room windows PC. With losing this gen they got to listen to the people who like xbox to make it what it is now. Use this gen as a testing ground to implement all these patches and upgrades on the next. Having all this right out the gate on the next XB, plus better graphics it will be a nice machine.
Too much Hype on other machine.
Next thing their gonna do is either blur out characters all but the head or put the black line thru them.
The bad thing is their gonna sell a ton of games.
Who determines the order for which each company comes out to represent their products?
Close to a $1000 for a VR experience plus games for it, no thanks I'll wait. Better hope it's good for that money.
I guess VR would be worth it if you want to spend $1000 for whole system. I think Sony is a few devices. Console, VR Kit, PSEye is I think what you need for the Sony VR experience. Amazon is taking preorders I think for the UK. People were mad to be forced on the Kinect when X1 came out you need the Eye for Sony VR.

Should be a wait and see. Let someone else take the risk first to see if it takes off or not. If it does build a better one than those offered or partner up with a company to improve an already existing model.
It comes down to someones console not gonna be as strong as the other with an upgrade and their mad about and dismiss it as a wrong console move. I would welcome upgrades to my console if it were a choice. Isn't that why you buy current Gen consoles because it's better than the last.
If these guys were plugging Sony material they would be the best right?

Some people don't understand people go into business to make money. I'm not a economics expert but that one thing I sure do know. Nobody knows what goes on in the board meetings with MS. Until you have 100% fact information it's just speculation. I agree with an above comment that Fable 2 wast the last good one.
If a lot of you guys like the features on the X1 and want similar updates then don't talk smack about the machine and MS. It makes a lot of you look like hypocrites. Just keep hitting customer feedback with requests until they listen. If they don't, I don't know what to say.
You can tell by some of these comments how bad they want the game to fail.
