You da man! I had almost the exact same conversation with a co worker last week who asked me why I like ps3. I gave many reasons similar to yours. He stated that every single person he had asked why they like the 360 said vague things like "its just better" or "its got Halo". He ended up buying a slim.
Not trying to hate on Xbox, just tired of the "Just because" reasoning it seems to create among its followers.
I also can admit that. I made it to the boss fight against the gentleman with glasses and quit. Guy hits you once and goes into a ridonkulous combo sequence, and then stomps you on the ground as well. F Ninja Sigma, if that's hardcore, I never want to be.
Frustrating is a rather interpretable term. I have looked forward to this game for some time. Atlus deserves applause for bringing this gem to the West. In an age of auto-aim, and full skill trees spoiled on the net day one, I welcome a REAL challenge!
I will concede that the art is totally sick. But the levels after that first one were also watering ones. Seems that was the mechanic of the that particular world. Which honestly does not appeal to me.

I found the demo quite unimpressive, it tasks you with watering a garden? I play Katamari to pick up everything in site. I own a ds, if I want a gardening game, I'll get one. This franchise has lost sight of what made it so special in the first place.
I was about to import it when they announced its U.S. release.
