One of my favorite game series of all time. It missed PS3 somehow, so it needs some PS4 love. I must of tweeted Sony 2 dozen times asking for a new one.
I'm pretty sure you could play offline. I'm no fan of Microsoft,as my lack of bubbles show, but they wouldn't plull this crap now. I believe its just not listed. I feel like this is a packaging thing Sony decided on pre °180 and kept it listed. Single player should be assumed offline.

Google it and you'll find that they are partners still to this day. I grew up reading Popular Mechanics. It's a good magazine. Fact is that Hearst and MS are business partners. When money is involved you can't take something like this seriously. It would be the same as a Sony partner praising the PS4. It barely wins games for now. I'm glad Sony didn't throw money, and doesn't need to, at 3rd party titles. Their studios will produce more solid 1st party games in the near future.
