@Belking using the Vita is an option not a requirement, so if you don't have the internet then you already know you don't have that feature. Gaikai is also a feature for all we know there's a separate subscription for it aside from Plus, but its not mandatory. Neither is being online for PS4. Stop trolling.
No it just said it would have a feature that used the camera. Much the same way BUZZ Quiz world would take pictures at certain points. PS4 does not require the camera to be attached to work despite what some people, or one twit as the case may be,believe.
