Absolutely. I picked it up on sale last week on Amazon for $40, I think the game is fantastic. I even went ahead and got the season pass for it. The racing itself is intense, immersive, and fun. Of course, this is just my opinion. I'm not a car aficionado so I can't comment on how the cars themselves handle on detail. But is the game fun and competitive? Yes.
I got the game a few days ago and I think it's fantastic. Fun, addicting, and intense, I really think it's an underrated game. Granted their launch was a disaster but I'm really really digging this gAme and I'm glad I brought it. I might even get the season pass, something I never do.

That is true. However, the general sentiment on those posts are not in a positive light, but from people being surprised and upset at the fact that the game will be exclusive to one console.
I definitely agree that a blend of both is needed. A great game is a great game, it doesn't matter if its AAA or an indie, doesn't matter how much money it took to develop. Towerfall, one of my favorite games, was made by one person I believe and displays graphics that was attainable 20 years ago.
I think some gamers are upset because they're dropping a considerable amount of money on these new consoles and don't want them to play indies. To each your own...
Towerfall: Ascension is a phenomenal game and so is Resogun.
Towerfall is awesome; brings me back to the old school days of simple and fun couch multiplayer a la Mario Kart 64 and Goldeneye.
I absolutely love Towerfall; everyone is in for a treat with this game.
Dissapointing to you, I respect that. However, those who haven't played Towersall yet are in for a pleasant surprise.
Portal 3
Obtaining a platinum on Resogun, beating Infamous, and road to the show on MLB 14 have made me more than happy in having a PS4. I'm sure there will be plenty of games down the line for us to enjoy. However, this matter is subjective, and I respect everyone's opinions.
MLB The Show
Definitely looking forward to this. I never replayed the game on a higher difficulty, but will now do so in all its remastered glory.
Get Resogun
Awesome. Add me on psn: rebellion69
We have to wait til May 6th for the PS4 version but I'm sure it'll be well worth the wait.
You're in for a treat. The player customization is extensive, so chances are you will be able to find a template and customize it to resemble you. Also, from what I remember there's a huge list of first and last names that you can choose for your player that does get announced in stadiums. Are you getting the ps3 or 4 version?
Facebook is acquiring Occulus Rift for 2 billion.
This is the only game I've platinumed; I'll gladly purchase any extra incoming content.
I can imagine a manager mode for MLB the Show, where you're watching the game through the dug out. You go up to the mound to replace your pitcher, all using the VR headset in a first person point of view. That would be a cool feature for sports games.
Outstanding
I'm saving a $20 psn card I got for Christmas for this game.
