Sounds like bs just based on the fact how do you know if this game isn't being developed for PS4 I haven't heard of any games that have had problems with resolution on PS4 besides BF4. After all this negative news that's come out sounds like damage control like Battlefield developers supposedly pushing X1 now higher resolutions after complaints and now Crytek stating it would be the same problems if it was on Ps4 when both systems have a different architecture.
GoW 3 looks better than Ryse and it was for Ps3 lol
Sounds like EA is pushing to make both versions similar to avoid making one look more inferior.
Killzone SF multiplayer play 1080p at 60fps not to mention even Ghost is running that on both consoles so idk where your getting that.

Most of Sony's rumors have end up being true and it's positive. MS rumor prove true sometimes an there mostly negative. Today there has not been any positive MS articles today. It's possible this can be true considering that Sony throwing money at this IP for exclusive content so why wouldn't they provide them with a better version, AC4 is supposed to look better on PS4 as well and there made by Ubisoft.
Sony's getting exclusive content from Watch Dogs. So I assume the Ps4 will be better not only because of specs but because there paying them money so it would make sense for developer to put more into the platform that's paying. I mean look at COD it will probably have more features Xbox because MS pays them. I mean I barley ever hear them mention the Sony community. Then again though if you look at BF4 Xbox is getting content first but is running 720p 60fps while I believe Sony's...

If the ps4 shipped out with 60fps you would be canceling your preorder. It doesnt matter every game doesn't need 60fps since if its not a shooter. Probably spent there time working on open world and graphics decided it would take a lot more time to get it at 60fps. Not a surprise though honestly, I mean Infamous is rumored that there pushing for 60fps and if not have you seen that game it looks amazing.

And fanboys said that developers wouldn't support the camera because it wasn't bundled with the PS4. Not really interested in the head tracking but for people who want a camera it's good to hear.
True or not thats basically saying that your graphical boost is dependent on internet connection. So I can only assume that this would be more for first party games since there more dependent on the cloud. After reading this article cant help but feel like the cloud is this gens "Cell" with this graphical power but was only utilized by first party developer.
