Would be too early before we see actual gameplay footage, if she took over the role of game director last year, then we might expect to see something by the end of this year with a release end 2016.
All in all I think she left Naughty Dog and the development of UC4 because she must have been tired to work on the same franchise.
I reckon there'll be a beta coming out this summer and a release between Sept. - Nov.
Although there is this big fear that The Division will follow the trend of broken/misrepresented games Ubi made, there's still hope. Mind you Far Cry 4 turned out great.

It may be a ND game but there are also other great contenders coming up this year, titles not even yet announced so let's wait and see.

The only reason why I'm still playing Destiny despite how its short, repetitive and goalless has to do with my friends. The game is fun when you play it with your friend and how you brag about this loot or this armor.

I guess we'll also be fine when half of the 2015 announced games will be delayed for 2016, because the issue is not the game being delay rather the publishers not planning ahead and giving in the same time false hopes. Tbh I'm not too angry for this fall because there were too many games to play and enjoy.

Because guys like Sony and Microsoft not only make more money but they don't want to compete with retailers like Gamestop but rather partner up with them. If digital games instantly becomes cheap like on Steam, people would avoid retailers like the plague and this isn't good B2B relationship with retailers.
I really want half of the games coming out in October bur realistically I'll pick 2, possibly 3: Shadow of Mordor, Evolve and Lords of Fallen. I wait to see how BF:H is gonna look like, will pick up Dragon Age later this year and btw we don't know when GTA5 is releasing, ocotber?
He is also the reason why the PS3 got a rocky start with a high price and complicated system to develop on, so he may be the father of Playstation and a genius but he messed up on the PS3.
Unless Sony is in an exclusive partnership with Activision regarding new games of Crash Bandicoot. The may not let Sony own the right but they can let them exploit it.
