the title of the article is misleading, Kojima just say (as any developer would say when asked for a specific device)his opinion about the integration of new technologies in consoles ..he would say the same things if he was asked about VIta and PS4..
it s very early to say but if SOny will notchange stance with her "whatever" type of exclusives ..then Yes, MS changed her policies ,gave a far better E3 presentation (from game prespective)and is continuing very strong

No man i m not japanese..i m european country resident end ethnicity but you can understand easily the difference in quality between japanese and western made games ...(we always talk about AAA production titles) These guys in japan ARE working hard for a game and the have a really good artistic quality in everything in their games, simply they dont have the financial support contrary to the western developers whom games are at best mediocre from every aspect ...
if he really praises MS brand then its one big loss for SONY and for Japanese games fans who generally prefer SONY consoles....for me Kojima after his jump to multi games is dead..he ended up like one of the others MS supporters
